Description of Service

idea_builder provides an AI-powered startup validation platform including market research, brand identity tools, business canvases, pitch deck builder, and founder's financial toolkit.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, using the service for illegal purposes, or interfering with service operations.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data and content. idea_builder owns the platform software and infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

idea_builder is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
